The One Call Away Appointment (OCAA) system is a health appointment website created to make medical scheduling simple, fast, and reliable. It was originally developed by our group of four members as part of our thesis project, aiming to provide an easier way for patients to connect with doctors and manage their medical appointments online.
This current version of OCAA is an improved and more advanced update of our original thesis project. We enhanced its design, usability, and features to make it more accessible, especially for elderly users and those who are not familiar with technology. The system focuses on convenience by reducing unnecessary steps and making appointment booking clear and effortless.
Through this project, our goal is to create a practical and user-friendly platform that bridges the gap between patients and healthcare providers. By combining innovation and care, OCAA represents our commitment to improving digital healthcare access for everyone.
